As a long-term and happy customer of Vito I called to have two leaking toilets repaired.The job was done but the technician was more interested in socializing than doing his job, ,Days later the leaking began again in one toilet. Again Vito sent someone, this time a far more professional plumber. He fixed the leak, but a few months later the toilet was back to where it was before I spent several hundred dollars on its repair.  For the sin of pointing this out to VITO my account was closed and the blame for doing so placed not on Vito for poor service but on me the customer., It saddens me to say this, but thisis no longer the firm it was..  I would strongly advice any potential customer to go elsewhere.
